A phased upgrade to aging residence halls that were originally constructed between 1975-1990. Each building varied from three to four stories and required replacement of the HVAC systems with new PTAC units, new operable windows, façade improvements and light renovations to the dorm interiors. Residence Halls included: Albright Hall, Barnhart Hall, McEwen Hall and Belk Hall.
