Project Description
Client: Queens University
Location: Charlotte, NC
Size: 30,000 sf
The new Northwest Residence Hall at Queens University involved demolishing the existing building and constructing a new corridor-style residence hall for upperclassmen. Totaling 30,000 square feet across four-stories, this residence hall houses 120-beds and offers a mix of double and triple rooms that share a bathroom with the adjoining room. The residence hall was built featuring the same brick facade as the rest of the campus buildings, allowing it to blend in seamlessly.
