The launch event celebrated the company’s commitment to delivering innovative construction solutions rooted in quality craftsmanship and an exceptional client experience.
Founded by Chase Walker, Jase Shoe, and Bill and Kathryn Blank, and backed by a passionate team of industry professionals, 3TEN entered the market with a vision to raise the standard for commercial construction throughout the Southeast. Guided by its three core tenets—Be skilled builders and leaders, Value people and progress over process, and Show authenticity and heart—the company established a foundation focused on building lasting relationships and delivering meaningful results for clients.
